Asset Pledge Supervision / Comprehensive Solutions

Asset Pledge Supervision Plan

Pledged animals are fitted with electronic ear tags. They periodically pass through a smart mobile cart corridor, where relevant information is automatically collected (see right). This data is then encrypted by an information collection controller and wirelessly transmitted to an “information collector” (a small base station), thereby addressing the issue of insufficient signal coverage by the operator. The collector connects to a computer via a USB cable and uploads the data to a cloud-based management system, where it is analyzed and statistically processed to track the status of pledged items and identify potential risks. Data collection includes the automatic reading of electronic ear tag numbers by the RFID access control system, body temperature measurement by infrared thermometers, weight recording by electronic scales, and automatic photography by CCD cameras. Data analysis and monitoring functions include inventory reconciliation, missing item alerts, weight statistics and comparative analysis, mortgage maturity reminders, abnormal temperature alerts, and on-site photo review.

Descriptions

Collateral Data Collection

The RFID access control system automatically reads the ear tag numbers, the infrared thermometer measures body temperature, the electronic scale records the object's weight, and the CCD camera automatically takes a photo.

Data Analysis, Statistics, and Monitoring

Quantity inventory reconciliation, shortage alerts, weight statistics and comparative analysis, mortgage maturity reminders, abnormal body temperature alerts, and on-site photo viewing.

Data Transmission

The data collector connects to a computer via a USB cable and uploads data to a cloud-based management system, where it is analyzed and summarized to track the status of collateralized items and identify potential risks.
